  In the world of  Oola  and  OolaCorporate Training ,  balance  and growth are the foundation of our message. We focus a lot on goal setting using the 3 simple steps of identifying where you are, where you want to go and how you are going to get there. Completing these 3 steps will serve you in ways previously unimagined. For many, this process is responsible for creating unparallel growth this past year. However, the balance portion to the Oola message is just as important to maintain long-term success.  Always having the gas pedal pressed all the way to the floor is a great approach to experience massive growth, but this approach will only serve you so long before burnout and frustration occur. Think of this in terms of your emotional fuel tank. You can only go so long before you have to stop and refuel. I don’t know of a better way to do so than to practice gratitude daily. If you have trouble creating more balance in your life then consider adopting a gratitude mindset.   Gratitude  is one of the key OolaAccelerators. When you focus only on growth you can lose sight of gratitude. Gratitude will lead to humility, which is another important OolaAccelerator. For those who have trouble living in the presence of gratitude, you must stop and reflect on the blessing that exist in your life.  To achieve a gratitude  mindset , begin by acknowledging all things you are grateful for. I suggest doing this even before you open your eyes in the morning. To simplify this even further, give thanks for someone, something and something yet to come. The last point puts your intention on the goals you have set. The mind can’t tell the difference between an actual event and one vividly imagined. Therefore, when you give thanks for something yet to come, you unlock the power of the subconscious mind, which drives behavior and actions.  Another way to live with more gratitude is to keep a gratitude journal. At the end of the day, write down three things you are grateful for. This powerful habit is the key to abundance. Abundance occurs when you focus on what you have been blessed with as opposed to what you are lacking. This is such an empowering concept. Our world is mostly focused on what we don’t have; therefore we have been conditioned to see the world in a “lack of” point of view. The truth be told, there is great abundance in the world and everyone has the power to tap into it. It is our mindset that unlocks that power.  Start setting time aside to practice gratitude.
